Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the JourneyQ mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

JourneyQ is a travel planning application that allows you to:

• Create and manage trips and travel events.
• Upload documents (e.g. booking confirmations) for AI-based analysis.
• Organize your travel itinerary in one place.

The App is offered in a free plan and a premium subscription plan with additional features.

• You must create an account to use JourneyQ.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

4.1 Free Plan

The free plan allows you to:

• Create up to 3 trips.
• Upload and analyze up to 5 documents with AI.

4.2 Premium Plan

The Premium plan is a monthly auto-renewable subscription that unlocks:

• Unlimited trips.
• Unlimited AI document analysis.
• Priority support.

4.3 Billing

• Payment is processed through the Apple App Store via your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings at any time.

4.4 Free Trial (if applicable)

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. At the end of the trial period, the subscription will begin unless canceled.

4.5 Refunds

Refunds are handled through the Apple App Store in accordance with Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Abuse the free plan limits through automated or fraudulent means.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

• You retain ownership of all content you create or upload (trips, events, documents).
• You grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service (including AI document analysis).
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any documents you submit.

• When you upload a document, we use AI to extract travel-relevant information.
• AI results may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting extracted information.
• We do not use your documents to train AI models.

• The JourneyQ App, its design, logos, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our written permission.

• You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Upon account deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
• AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should not be solely relied upon for travel decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
